Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Scope
This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to purchases completed on Shopping Online Direct where products are sold by third-party marketplace vendors.
2. Shipping and delivery estimates
Delivery windows displayed at checkout are estimates only and are provided on a vendor-by-vendor basis. Where an order contains products from multiple vendors, shipments may be dispatched separately and may arrive on different dates.
Shipping charges are calculated per vendor according to each vendor's configured shipping profile and are shown prior to payment confirmation.
3. Risk, delays, and exceptions
Delivery performance may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs processing, adverse weather, and force majeure events. In these circumstances, revised estimates may apply.
4. Cancellation and return rights
Subject to applicable law and product-specific exclusions, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must generally be in resalable condition unless faulty.
Return eligibility, process requirements, and exclusions are assessed against the applicable vendor and platform return rules at the time of request.
5. Refunds
Where a return request is approved and received (if applicable), refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on issuer and banking provider.
6. Stock availability and fulfilment limitations
Product availability is dynamic. In the event stock becomes unavailable after order placement but before fulfilment, affected line items may be cancelled and the customer will be notified with available resolution options, which may include refund.
