These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Shopping Online Direct marketplace and your purchase of products offered by third-party vendors on the platform.

2. Marketplace role

Shopping Online Direct operates a platform that allows independent vendors to list and sell products. Unless stated otherwise, your contract of sale is with the relevant vendor, not the platform operator. We facilitate ordering, payment, and certain support processes.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices, availability, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, where a product is mispriced or unavailable) and will issue a refund for any amounts already paid where appropriate.

4. Customer obligations

You must ensure that account information, delivery addresses, and payment details are accurate and kept up to date. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to abuse, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent its security or operational measures.

5. Returns, refunds, and consumer rights

Your statutory rights are not affected. Our approach to returns and cancellations is described in more detail in our Shipping and Returns Policy. Certain products may be excluded from returns where permitted by law.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where such a limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify active users. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
